Expert collaboration to characterise newly developed antibodies (Ref. 0J4N)
A leading UK company with a global brand name and a substantial catalogue of primary antibodies has an ongoing requirement for the further testing & characterisation of newly developed antibodies. The company has an established network of collaboration partnerships and is actively seeking to source additional expert collaborators (e.g. researchers, research institutes) with proven experience of antibody characterisation.
Micro recessed air bearings (Ref.0J3L)
A UK company, with considerable experience in aerostatic bearings, has developed radial and axial micro-recessed aerostatic bearings which will offer improved performance over existing products by providing increased static stiffness and reduced friction compared to conventional designs. A partner is sought to develop this technology with a number of collaboration types offered.
Waste processing technology (ref. 0IRH)
A UK SME has developed a system that reduces the volume of solid waste by as much as 80%, and increase landfill life by 700% It’s quick, easy, infinitely adjustable and is the ideal system for landfill, recycling facilities, transfer station, gasification plants, incinerators and pyrolysis plants. The system can be adjusted to handle any output size needed, from several inches down to microns. Processing costs no more than £1.60 per ton. The company is looking for partners to market the product.
Advanced technical textiles tapes and cores, woven or braided (Ref0J0V)
A Swedish SME within the textile tapes and core manufacturing activities is offering advanced technical textiles for applications such as: industrial, medical, personal protection, automotive, sports etc. Advance properties for the textiles are among others flame-proof, conductive, water repellence. The company is now looking for industrial partners for development of new applications or commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Electronic patch, a novel technology for wireless measurement of physiological parameters on the body for use in healthcare and
patient monitoring (Ref 0J0R)
A Danish company has developed at new body sensor technology for measuring of physiological parameters and wireless transmission of the measured data. The sensor system is embedded in a skin-friendly adhesive and formed to an electronic patch. The company is looking for industrial partners who will use and integrate the technology in healthcare systems, patient monitoring systems, systems measuring on people at risk or other systems for monitoring physiological parameter for longer periods.
New drug discovery platform: massive DNA encoded chemical libraries enabling rapid high and lead discovery by molecular evolution (0IR7)
A Danish company has invented and developed a drug discovery platform, which facilitates the rapid discovery of leads and yields instant Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR). The technology uses 3, 4 or 5-way DNA junctions to create encoded pharmaceutical libraries from 10e6 to 10e12 in diversity from which drug leads are isolated by molecular evolution in a single-tube format. Partnerships, joint ventures and financial resources from within the pharmaceutical & biotech industries are sought.
New separator technology for liquid/liquid solids (ref 0IXA)
A Dutch SME has developed an innovative separation technology. This centrifugal separator is designed to discharge separating liquid/liquid solids up to 0.3µ. One process step allows the two or three phase separation of a liquid feed into two fluids and a dry cake. The company is looking for a commercial agreement with technical assistance. The technology can be adapted to the specific requirements and the company will offer technical training.
Ecological water disinfection without using chemicals, heaitng or UV treatment (Ref 0IXK)
A Flemish company specialised in the disinfection of sanitary and process water (hospitals, nursing homes, schools, hotels, industry etc.) developed a new system to disinfect water without using chemicals, heating or UV treatment. The innovative technology is based on the anodic oxidation of water to purify water from bacteries like legionella and ecoli. The company is looking for institutes/other companies to implement the technology. The company will provide technical assistance.
MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) membrane panels and modules based on a new integrated permeate channel membrane technology (Ref 0IXJ)
A Belgian manufacturing company and a Belgian R&D centre have jointly developed an innovative MicroFiltration (MF) membrane envelope (for waste water treatment) which is the first really backwashable flat sheet membrane in its art. They are looking for expertise for development and production of large scale "Integrated Permeate Channel" (IPC) panels with permeate port and Membrane BioReactor (MBR) modules (minimum 1500 m² membrane surface per module), based on this newly developed technology.
Biological cleaning of ballast water (Ref 0J4L)
A Swedish company has developed a new energy efficient, biological, technology in order to provide a safe, energy and cost efficient method for biological cleaning of this water. The company wants to find cooperation partners developing similar applications within this area, and/or that has competences in order to help develop this product, ie the type of cooperation sought is commercial agreement with technical cooperation.
