The smart label can be applied at the case or individual dose level, and gives a close to instantaneous record of any freeze event. Importantly, the colour change is irreversible and permanent. Production samples are available for trial & assessment. The company is seeking additional cold chain distribution partners.

Sensitivity of the order of pico or few femto-grams is fairly achievable. The group is looking for a company interested in product development and customization.

A Swedish spin-off from a University, have developed a structured scintillator for x-ray digital imaging. This gives better resolution and improved sensitivity. It also requires lower radiation doses than today's products, while at the same time being more cost efficient. The company is interested in commercial relations with manufacturers of x-ray detector systems for different applications like medical examinations and industrial radiology.
